Law 177(I)/2002 On Equal Pay between Men and Women for the same Work or for Work of Equal Value
This Law aims at the application of the principle of equal treatment of men and women as regards access to vocational guidance, vocational education and training and the terms and conditions of their provision, access to employment and the liberal professions, the terms and conditions of employment, including professional development, terms and conditions of dismissal as well as membership and participation in employees ‘or employers’ organizations.
